Album - WEIGHT AGAINST THE DOOR- black vinyl

Weight Against the Door, the auspicious debut EP by Black Marble, heralded the arrival of the band on the Brooklyn synthwave scene in the summer of 2012. As described by label Hardly Art, it managed to be bleak, punk, electronic, and uplifting all at once. An early version of Pretender can be found here. The standout track would gain more attention later that year, remixed and rereleased for the bands essential debut LP, A Different Arrangement. Other early gems include Balancing and On My Head.
